Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We will refund in full (less the original delivery charge) to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
The only condition of this policy is that the goods must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Returned items will be checked for micro scratches.
We are unable to extend this policy to earrings for hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items that arrive to us damaged.
To request a refund or exchange you must send an email with details of the item you wish to return to sales@hattongardenjewellers.com We will send you an email in reply with a return number. This number must be quoted on all correspondence together with your name and address. You can then send the item back to:
